Quality Guarantee

We guarantee our chews are of the highest quality at the time they leave our facility. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us so we can review the issue.

To submit a request, email support@boneztreats.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (required for evaluation)

Requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery to be eligible for review.

Refunds & Replacements

All refund and replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and issued at the sole discretion of Bonez Treats. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or partially consumed treats
  • Products damaged due to improper storage, misuse, or lack of supervision
  • Orders where no supporting documentation or photos are provided
  • Requests submitted outside a reasonable timeframe after delivery

Shipping, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Bonez Treats is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information

If tracking confirms delivery but the package is missing, customers must contact the carrier directly. Bonez Treats is not obligated to replace or refund orders marked as delivered.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, contact us immediately with photos so we can assist.

  • Bonez Treats is not responsible for injuries, reactions, or damages resulting from misuse, unsupervised feeding, or failure to follow provided guidelines.
  • Natural products may vary slightly in size, shape, and color, this is normal and not considered a defect.
